Andrew Kimbrell, J.D.

Andrew Kimbrell is Executive Director of the International Center for Technology Assessment (ICTA) and is one of the country's leading environmental attorneys and authors on environment and technology issues. He is the author of 101 Ways to Help Save the Earth (1990); The Human Body Shop: The Engineering and Marketing of Life (Harper Collins 1991, 3rd Edition 1998); The Masculine Mystique (Ballantine Books, New York, NY 1995); general editor of The Green Lifestyle Handbook (Henry Holt & Company, Inc., New York, NY 1991); and most recently, Fatal Harvest: The Tragedy of Industrial Agriculture (Island Press, Washington, DC 2002). In 1994, the Utne Reader named Kimbrell as one of the world's leading 100 visionaries.
